Full payment is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation.
The first 30% is considered a deposit.

You can cancel your reservation at any time.

1.  In event of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date:
The refund will be 70%.
The remaining 30% will be credited only once (1) for a period of six (6) months from the date of cancellation.
No additional fees will be charged.

2.  In the event of cancellation 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date:
Reservations are non-refundable and non-creditable. No extensions will be granted.
No additional fees will be charged.

3. If the customer takes out a cancellation insurance policy, this will take precedence over the internal cancellation policy.

For 7% of the total cost of your booking, receive a 100% refund (accommodation and additional services not payable locally) if you are unable to keep your reservation.
