1. In event of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date:
The refund will be 70%.
The remaining 30% will be credited only once (1) for a period of six (6) months from the date of cancellation.
No additional fees will be charged.

2. In the event of cancellation 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date:
Reservations are non-refundable and non-creditable. No extensions will be granted.
No additional fees will be charged.
3. If the customer takes out a cancellation insurance policy, this will take precedence over the internal cancellation policy.
