From April to November, enjoy the magnificent cruise ships that call at the Port of Québec.

Booking Terms

To confirm and guarantee your reservation, a deposit covering the full amount of the stay (including taxes) is required.
This amount is held as a guarantee and will be applied to the final payment of your stay.
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, 70% of the deposit will be refunded. After this period, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Terms

The deposit is due at the time of booking.
You may cancel your reservation at any time.

  1. If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date:
    70% of the deposit will be refunded.
    The remaining 30% may be applied as a one-time credit toward a new reservation within six (6) months of the cancellation date.
    PLEASE NOTE: RATES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR.
  2. If you cancel 30 days or less before your scheduled arrival date:
    No refund will be issued.
    The full amount paid will be reclassified as a cancellation fee (GST and QST included) and cannot be transferred or applied to a future reservation.

No additional fees will be charged.
